it is Smunday today. i will not be lifting any heavy objects for at least 24 hours.

finally finished the sheetrock.

My House Just Gained 3 Tons.

doing math for kicks:
sheetrock. 5 loads of 11 pairs is 110 sheets of 4' x 8' x 1/2" gypsum board. they weigh 67 lbs. each.
ask your calculator: it's 7370 lbs.
i did it in my head, because it's nice to be a little distracted while carrying the shit up stairs.

My Life: The Blog Update

Yesterday I painted walls all afternoon and then we sealed the wood floor in the apartment. Today I'll be installing sheetrock. Each sheet weighs 67 lbs. When I tried to go to sleep last night, I got bored and played computer games until... now. It's about noon, I should go take a shower and get ready to work.
No time even to eat what I grow. I'm sleepy.

The Lazy Week

a few of you may know that when Sunday extends into Monday it's called Smunday. today i will explain what happens to the week when the weekend never ends.
after Smunday comes Snoozeday, followed by Svensday, named for Sven, a very lazy Finnish man. this of course is followed by Slursday, and then comes Friday, which doesn't get a new name just because you're not being productive; Fridays are like that.
